Staff were fantastic. Parking bays are fine for small size car but big cars would struggle to fit. Only a small number of car parks so you need to book. Walking distance to Parramatta Westfield Shopping centre and train station.

From our initial booking to checkout, we couldn't fault this hotel. I stayed overnight with my teenage daughter and requested in advance onsite parking, for the $25 fee as stated on their site (seen previous reviewd stating issues with parking so requested this early). Within the hour I had an email from reception to say our parking was confirmed. Couldn't fault their efficient customer service! Our room was small but perfect for what we needed and absolutely spotless. Hotel is walking distance to local restaurants, Ezy Mart and Westfield and is very quiet considering it is on the main road, couldn't hear road noise at all! Staff were so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our short stay easy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Best stay in hotels in Australia so far. Very hospitable staff. Everyday we stepped out we came back to our beds being made, clean bathroom and fresh towels - everything without asking for it. Basic breakfast and coffee served every morning. My husband and me loved the firm mattress and King size bed. Everything was perfect for us. Parking: If you are driving in with your car, request for a car park in advance so the hotel can reserve a spot for you. We didn't but wasn't a big deal, we were given a car park space close by.

Very friendly staff and we enjoyed the stay, only down fall was the parking (tight/small) although expected for accommodation in Sydney area. We would stay again.

Arrived at property parking on site was requested when booking was made online advise that there were no parking available on site to pay for parking at local Westfield so have to walk with little kids to the car everyday staff said that we were send a text message advising of car park but no message received or staff cannot provide proof of send message,arrived check in staff seems to be not helpful at all appears to us not very friendly at all,was asked for a baby cot to be provided for a new born the portable cot was provided but no board or cot mattress just fold up doona cover on bottom and all the steel from cot bottom frame was exposed as no floor board or mattress for cot and for a baby pillow inside the pillow case was two fold up towel we remove all stuff from cot so they can see but remain untouched I can provide photos of cot if asked, me and my family will not be booking with this hotel again and not recommend if you have a family with kids that required a cot.
