Extremely happy with the Roaders Hotel, located only minutes away from Ximen station, exit 6.
We were warmly welcomed and assisted by Jason, even we arrived at 6am in the morning. All the staff are very helpful and polite. The staff went above and beyond to help, to serve, go extra miles to give.
The room is very nice, clean and quiet even though we were in a room just next to the street. The room service was great, clean amd topped up with things. They leave you a reminder of a list of things to pack away on your last day. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in around the world.
At the Lobby at B1, there were plenty of free food ( variety of snacks/ instant noodles/, drinks (soft drinks and water) and games for people to enjoy throughout the day. They also provide donuts and sandwiches for breakfast, and hot food and sweet red beans soup for late night snack.
There is a gym, game room and children's play area at the upper levels. There are extra perks for joining the membership (I mean people have given the hotel their emails anyway when they booked, so why not?!). We are very very happy with our stay, thanks to Jason and the Roaders Hotel.
