No universal code for parking provided despite booking a parking spot. Not even a proper confirmation response regarding this parking booking.
When calling website number, the message (can't leave a message either) is years old as 'Craig' hasn't worked there for years apparently. Staff at breakfast were lovely. Man at reception has no customer service abilities. Bathroom sliding door has mould on it when you close it, hence never seen by cleaners. Very unclear, if non-existent instructions on how to get your key and no clue as to what number our room was and if we had the right key once retrieved. Stayed here many years ago when it was really well run. Not the same now. Breakfast was good. Quiet area. Handy to restaurants and art gallery. But would be hesitant to stay again, except for the fact that I now know how to get in. Communication needs vast improvement.
