Hi Margaret, First of all, thank you for staying with us we really appreciated it. Thank you also for your review. Please be assured the building meets the strict safety compliance requirements, a building safey audit is conducted annually. No guest has ever fallen or hurt themselves on the stair well. However, during winter when ice is present, we do warn guests to take care when descending down the stairs and to use the handrail.

Thank you very much for your feedback Sheena,. We have this morning tightened the screw on the frying pan handle and replaced the shower shelf that someone has taken. We are sincerely grateful to you for letting us know. We do get the carpet cleaning done in the summer however, during the winter, we sterilize the area and manually try to remove stains. Sadly that red wine stain was very stubborn indeed. Thanks again for staying with us, we appreciated it.
