Very comfortable stay and the staff are exceptional. Was very clean and tidy although incredibly dark, you needed lights on in the middle of the day. For the cost of the room a view of something other than the back carpark, skips and incinerator would have been nice.

Very nice location and staff. They do have quite thin walls, so a lot of noise from the bar reverberates around the hotel. It was quite hard to sleep with loud music going until 2am! Still, it was a really nice hotel.

Best accommodation in Ohakune.

Awesome ambiance. Best location for skiing on the Mountain and for general walks.

This is a real hotel with all hotel facilities. Nice hotel room and very good breakfast is in the price included. Only negative is the close train track with some trains in the night.

Pros: The space, the lovely deep bath and the location.
Cons: The door operation. The WiFi
Location: This hotel is close to the ski fields, but is out on a limb in the Summer. Ohakune is a nice place.
The room was spacious with a huge storage space under the eaves. I found the food overpriced for the quality and being right on the extreme edge of town, going anywhere else meant driving. When the tumble driers failed to work, no-one could do anything about it until the following day. The automatic doors were very slow to operate and the main entrance did not open unless approached from directly in front. I was woken by the heavy frieght trains, passing in the night. The WiFi was very poor.
