Rooms very small, could not provide what was on drinks menu, staff rude on evening shift, food average was not fresh, was obviously busy so should have bought extra food n drink n staff in. They knew it would be busy. We were told no one knew how to make the cocktails in menu on table and big special cocktail board was not available either. Needs better management for sure.

The property was a convenient location to access the national park. It was quite noisy and we had an upstairs room so had to drag luggage up stairs as there was no lift. The rooms were clean and had everything that was required for an overnight stay.

Beautiful surroundings, neat & clean place. Close to a lot of nature walks. Parking onsite & super easy check-in.

It's very clean, the beds were reasonably comfortable. The room & the bathroom were very tiny. Serving breakfast finishes very early.

It was a great place to break our journey and the spa pool was lovely after a day of driving. The restaurant was convenient but staff need more training to make it a more refined experience. Given the prices were not cheap the presentation of meals was poor. A bit of effort would go a long way. Also the waitress got the drinks order wrong so I had to go to the bar to exchange for what I'd really ordered. An okay experience but could be so much better.
