The room was well presented and very clean. We had to arrive last and the communication for our late arrival was excellent and the room was nice and warm when we arrived. Most impressed!

Good bed, tidy rooms with all facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, organized shuttle to and from the Crossing start, hotel with restaurant and bar is a short walk around the corner, it all works

Stayed in the Turoa suite - it was a great little cottage with full kitchen. Will be back for the next Tussock Traverse.

Staff were lovely and very friendly. The suite was very warm and comfy. Breakfast was beautiful and very family friendly. Great place to stay and will definately stay again.
