I'll always love this hotel. The location is sensational, being near the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all things Bali. It is looking a little tired though. Always clean, and well presented with service by a 5 star team but..... the rooms and facilities are definitely due for an upgrade considering the price. One small suggestion - as there are two pools - maybe have one for adults and one for kids? Those kids know how to scream!!!!! ruining an otherwise very relaxing time by the pool. Overall, a wonderful stay and I highly recommend the Courtyard Marriott.

Rooms are clean and nice, Portacot was supplied by hotel, breakfast was lovely with lots of options available. Staff go above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The pool can be very cold due to not getting much sun our 2 year old wouldn’t swim in the pool due to it being so cold. People throw towels on pool lounges first thing and then disappear (only half of the lounges get sun during the day)
