Great kitchen facilities and very clean and well kitted out. The only thing that we didn’t have was any shampoo in the bathroom and I had not brought any. Otherwise everything was great.

Looks are deceiving
A two night stay while we spent time exploring around Mt Cook. The Lakes Motel may not look like much from the outside, but inside the room was excellent. Plenty of space, roomy bathroom and a comfortable bed. The host was extremely helpful and polite. We would stay there again
