The previous outstanding reviews were not wrong. I have been fortunate to stay in many international hotels and this ranks up at the top. I am not easy to please and I was blown away. The personal attention upon arrival continued throughout the stay. What really makes the place is the quality of the service and the friendliness of the team. A particular call out for Melissa who was attentive and helpful at all times. Food was excellent, and we appreciated the efforts made cater for a pescatarian and vegetarian. I believe you have many repeat customers and we will be one of them. We look forward to it.

Fantastic

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff and management did everything they could to welcome us and ensure we had a nice time. Great location for skiing and the shops and bars.

快適なホテル

レッヒのホテル利用は2回目。このホテルは前回の別のホテルの二分の一の値段で宿泊。宿泊するまで少々心配していたが、杞憂であった。バス停から近い。スーパーマーケットも近い。景観が良い。スタッフがとても感じよく親切。館内、室内のインテリアが美しく清潔。 3階のバスタブ付きの部屋で調度が整っており快適に滞在。朝食は美味しい。レストランも素晴らしい。 2日間有効のレッヒカード(14、7ユーロシニア)を出してもらいゴンドラ、リフトを乗り継いでのハイキングにも最適の場所。次回また宿泊したい。

ストレスを感じない素晴らしいホテル！

ヨーロッパらしいコンパクト、家庭的なホテルで、とても快適に過ごせました。たまたま角部屋でもあったので、明るく、窓からのビューも最高に素晴らしいものでした。コンパクトながら必要な設備は揃っており、サウナ、ジャクジープール等、ハイキングの後のリラックスにも満足の出来るものでした。海外では珍しい２食付きで宿泊しましたが、毎日フルコースのディナーを日替わりでサーブされるので、６泊しましたが、飽きること無く楽しめました。ホテルの清潔感、質、設備、立地、スタッフの対応　すべて満足！　お奨めのホテルです。

とても快適に過ごすことができた。とくにスタッフ対応がよくて、小規模だからこそできる良さを感じた。ただし、予約時にバルコニーと書いてあったが、実際はなくてやや残念。
