The Space:
This private new architecturally designed home sits tucked away in this Scandinavian style setting and boasts a large north-facing deck area with surrounding mountain views.

Spacious living area with indoor-outdoor flow to an exterior decking and generous lawn offering a great space to relax or enjoy a BBQ with friends. The open plan living area is light and spacious with high ceilings. The designer kitchen is fully equipped and features a large pantry.

The well appointed master suite wing has a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite complete with a double shower. The further two bedrooms feature a queen and two king singles. All beds are new and excellent quality.

Ski racks, a drying room, radiator heaters throughout makes this a great base for your ski holiday.

Conveniently located to nearby Ruby's Cinema and Après by Cardrona. Just a 3 min drive to town and 20 minutes to Cardrona ski field. The perfect place for your Wanaka holiday!

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Easy living
A brand new build, everything clean and in perfect working order, good appliances and heating. Not a great location in Wanaka as it is a very squished subdivision, but easy access to town and the lake.
