No lift and stairs are quite steep. Lovely willing staff helped with my suitcase, but I doubt I will stay there again because of the stairs.

I would need a guarantee that if I stayed there again that I would not get the room above the bar/kitchen. Very noisy and being woken up each morning by the kitchen staff starting music etc in the early hours is not relaxing

Loved the decor that fitted in well with the age of the facility. Loved the convenience of walking downstairs for a drink or something to eat. No complaints at all.

We enjoyed the old world charm of the hotel such as the large rooms and high ceilings. We did not enjoy the lack of pressure in the shower.
