Quite obvious that our 3 bdr apartment is more typically used for longer staying guests/emergency housing. No dishwashing liquid no dishwasher tablets no tea towels no dish cloths. Poor attempts at repairs in kitchen bathroom and bedrooms. Felt uncomfortable that people living out of cars in motel car park had likely been evicted from rooms whilst we stayed over Christmas. Property owners/managers quite obviously running central city/high value site into ground. Reflects poorly on Wlington City

A comfortable facility for an overnight stay. Reasonable rates are reflective of the place. Sure, its pretty dated and could do with a serious makeover but the staff, location and price account somewhat for that. I wouldnt let the kids, of any age, scratch the ceiling though... The staff are welcoming and friendly and do their best to make this as nice a stay as possible.
