The Boat House by Whangamata Marina

Modern two bedroom unit located just across the causeway from the fabulous new Whangamata Marina.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave please remove all rubbish from the property so the bach is left as you found it. Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
A short stroll to Moana Point Reserve, 10 minute walk to town or 5 minute drive to the popular surf beach.
The unit features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which opens out onto a shade sail covered BBQ area.

The unit is complete with all necessities, including
-new hooded BBQ
-fridge:/freezer
-electric frying pan
- microwave
- hot plate and small convection oven
- washing machine and small clothes line iron and ironing board
- toaster, kettle, plates and cutlery
- puzzles and board games

Just bring your own linen i.e sheets pillow cases towels bath mat and tea towel. Main bedroom has queen size bed and second bedroom has a single bed and a set of bunks.

Parking for two vehicles, unfortunately not suitable for a boat trailer.

Great book a bach
We really enjoyed the stay and the comfy bed and good shower. It was handy to town and we had nice walks into the wharf. It had plenty of windows to keep the house cool which was great. Taking own linen and cleaning after was easy for us, it would be good if people before us put same effort in. We enjoyed sitting outside at the picnic table having a drink and snacks. A bit of traffic noise, but other than that we really enjoyed the bach and would stay again.

We had a lovely time! Lynda was wonderful, super easy to communicate with. What a fantastic property for a beach holiday! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to a main road, but very private. Near to the beautiful marina, and not far from the mountain bike track. We all had a great stay.
