There was a long queue for check in and only 2 hotel staff so we waited quite a while. Otherwise the room and facilities were great.

Disappointed. The room was clean and tidy as you would expect, but it was underwhelming for the price of it. It was a pretty ordinary room with only a bottle of water complimentary, not even a biscuit. We had people knocking on the room at 11pm and the work on the Lifts began at 7.30am.

I have stayed here many many times. Unfortunately this stay was not good - hotel very full of 20-30 noisy late night partying musicians. Why they put other guests on the same floor is beyond me. This on top of one of three lifts being out meaning lift waiting times could be 10 minutes.
