Clean, Dated with location, location, location
Rooms and hotel is dated and also clean and comfortable. For the price it is a great place to stay in downtown Asheville. Park your car in their lot and explore Asheville, most of the downtown is walkable from the hotel.

Parking situation is hard to navigate. ADA (Handicapped) parking also seemed a little inadequate. With only two ADA spots and the overflow lots being full, we were being relegated to the parking garage two blocks away.

Affordable, Clean, But Needs Some Updates
First of all, the employees kept the hotel clean all weekend. The lobby and elevator were mopped and wiped down often throughout our stay. Second, I believe they could use more staff. We had a leak above our shower and tub on Sunday evening but I guess that made it tough to call for a maintenance person at that time. We were moved, which took quite a bit of time to process. The people who checked us in on Friday evening were very good and were able to explain overflow parking clearly. I would stay again with these things in mind as it was a clean, affordable, and safe experience. I do hope the owners work on renovating the rooms and adequately pay their staff for the hard work they do.
