Professional, organised, accommodating and helpful
Excellent quality of hotel. Courteous staff. High standard, comfortable rooms. Pillow menu. Fabulous service
Very clean and quiet slept Well free parking. Short Walk țo food out lets. 8 minutes fro AirPort
The foyer is beautiful. But there was a queue of guests checking in and only one receptionist. The other two counters weren't staffed.
Compact and functional although we did have to ask for the milk as none in the room . Overall a great place to stay would certainly recommend to friends and family
Reception staff excellent, check in/out easy. Restraunt/ staff nothing short of dismal. Waited for a menu for 20 minutes, 5 staff laughing and carrying on around cash register totally ignoring everyone. Had to ask for menu. Bar girl had no idea how to make basic liquour coffees. Hot breakfast options ...
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great location. We had two meals there and the selection was pretty average, but they were very helpful with dietary requirements.
Proximity to the airport and quiet was great, room nice. I should have asked for milk to go with the coffee.
