Property was amazing but very confusing where you get there as to how to check in as everything is locked up and no one around. Luckily the linen guy turned up while I was there and he helped me. Apart from that don't have any grumbles. Poor things got hammered in the flood so there was a bit of dirt etc around but to be expected. Comfortable bed, nice room. Shower pressure was far too hard (who ever says that). Couldn't even shower properly as when the water hit the floor it threw the shower head up and washed the roof. Actually hurt to have a shower.

Arrived at this property in the early evening to check-in, however the reception desk was shut. There was a sign with a phone number but my calls went unanswered. Without anyone there to facilitate the check-in, I left and found alternative accommodation. Someone from the hotel phoned later that night to ask if I'd be checking in. I explained the issue I had and they agreed a refund should be provided, however it's now almost two months later and I still don't have a refund. After initially seeming willing to resolve the situation, the hotel is now refusing to answer my emails, which is, in effect, theft of funds paid for a service not provided. Would not recommend!

Room was great, everything we needed. Downside is the noise from the trains an dodgy characters sitting an walking wasted or drinking out the front, obviously they living there under the emergency housing scheme. Felt abit unsafe for me an my child.

This was the perfect location to stay when going to a show at the Spark Arena. There was a bit of noise outside the unit, but we are used to a very quiet property. The unit was spacious and suited our purpose really well. I would stay here again when I go to another event at Spark Arena.

Great room decor , large bed, long space, couch and tv. Super powerful shower - it was awesome. Beautiful building on the outside, corridors a bit cheap and worn, and train goes though at 535am but i rise early. Overall i really enjoyed my stay
