Location was excellent for transport. Parking was easy and reasonable at $10 for the night. Check in was easy and effecient. Apartment allocated for our stay was very damage, chips in paint on walls, carpet lifting up across front of second room sliding door. Light did not work. Shower leaks water out under door onto floor when having a shower. Large mobile air con unit present in lounge room with large tube out only window. This aircon unit was ridiculously loud and made sleeping difficult. Turn off apartment was to hot, turn on and to noisy for sleeping. Other quest found 2x cockroaches in her room and bed. This was unexpected. Reported to reception when checking out and lady did not seem to bothered. Unsure whether we would rebook at this time.

It was a central place to stay close to motorway and across from public transport. Nice big park across the road and a bay for your car. Stayed over New Year and not to noisy

The property is in a very dodgy area, we could not sleep due to noise outside, heavy partying, loud music & young ones running a muck across the road at the park at 3am. The pillowcases & sheets seem like they hadn’t been washed, the rooms smell like body odour, the cleanliness level of the entire place was a 3/10 for us. Portable Air con unit, with pipe outside the window. For the price we paid, I definitely felt like it was overpriced for what we got. Elevator was playing up when we arrived, so we walked 10 flights of stairs to our room with our suitcases. I definitely would not stay here again with my children. Exception - the reception staff was helpful & kind.
