Loved the convenience when arriving, even late at night. Great service from staff. If arriving later than 9pm there aren't many food options around but there is a convenience store the block over. Overall great experience, very easy!

Nice hotel with a cafe downstairs and supermarket on the corner. Eat walk into CBD.

A very clean and well maintained property with friendly and helpful staff. Walkable to Queen Street. Highly recommend the cooked breakfast at the adjacent cafe accessible through reception.

The hotel is out of the way from mainstream Queen street it was like walking through a maze to get to the property, construction all around, dirty and noisy, transport was uber, at least the drivers I got knew where the hotel was. The room was quiet considering the construction outside and very clean. The air conditioning control wasn't user friendly and when the air conditioning was off the room was very stuffy. The inside of the premises was very clean and presentable.

This hotel is overpriced for the room we booked, which was very small. The bathroom was tiny - definitely no way 2 can fit at the same time. Paid almost $100 more booking wwll in advance than today's price woukd have been. Disappointing srart to our NZ holiday.

We stayed here for one night for a work Christmas function and it was excellent. Conveniently located, tidy, and a very reasonable rate. We would stay again.
