With my experience with the staff, it's poor. It wa breakfast and this lady who is incharge told me not to wear the slippers you provide in the room. So I asked her if the persons who came in, in their slippers like those rubber havianas, are.just ok, she said yes. Since I don’t have any except for my cowboy boots up in the room, I asked her, what you expect of me to go barefoot instead? And I have mentioned in the previews review, about this lady upon check in that my room booking doesn't include breakfast, so.I told her to check it because upon booking I know, I included breakfast, and since I'm tired from my trip, and she called me upon checking thatI don't have breakfast included in my booking. So on my end I rechecked.my booking and showed upon here and another lady, later thatnother lady which maybe was her supervisor called me that I have breakfast included, and this was around 10pm already. My suggestion is, be considerate with your guests, they came tired and that's the last thing that they need to be concerned about.
