The one manager at the front desk had black hair wore it high, worked Friday after 1 pm was extremely rude not helpful. For some reason did not want to speak to me, not sure if she had something against me or what but she definitely does not belong in a customer service industry. I will never stay here again.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds for three adults and one child. We were given room keys and arrived at our room to find a king bed. Spoke with the manager and they stated that they did not have two doubles. I was offered a blowup cot, but was then told that there were no pillows or blanks. I wasted my hole afternoon any evening trying to get basic need met. I will never recommend the establishment.
