Very nice stay! Clean. No funny moldy smells that can occur on lakefront properties due to the amount of water traffic. They do well to monitor and keep grounds clean and safe.

We will not be back or recommend. When we arrived we were asked to do a tour for a gift card, after rearranging our schedule the lady text us and told us the spots were full. Okay, cool. (Waste of time). Water took forever to get hot. The front door had a huge gap in bottom of it which let in a ton of cold air. The toilet paper felt like pure copy paper the room had a smell. Coffee maker didn’t work (after we went and bought our own filters and coffee). It just wasn’t a pleasant stay. The front desk girls were so nice though! Other workers were not friendly. I contacted a cleaner to let them know our room balcony was dirty and had ashes on it. We are non-smokers. He said no biggie and didn’t act a bit concerned. A lot of construction still and sad about being advertised as pools available (indoor) yet they wasn’t done yet. Very disappointing. I wish we could have just gotten our money back and went to a cheap hotel! Oh and we didn’t use the utensils because the drawer was super dirty. No dish towels provided. We even got an upgrade due to overbooking (1 bedroom to 2, we was super excited!)i vacuumed because it looked like it hadn’t been done in ages. We DEFINITELY left it cleaner than what we arrived in! The view was amazing and the front desk ladies were phenomenal. The room was beyond disappointing. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this wasn’t acceptable I wish we could of gotten a refund!

The room wasn’t quite ready for us - there was a carpet cleaning machine in the kitchen area.Tge carpet itself could use some updating or replacing. Separately, there weren’t any paper towels in the kitchen, a small but important detail. On the main, the property was lovely and the staff were kind. Would consider returning next year.
