It takes a little time to figure out the digital check-in but once you have that sorted, it is a very nice, comfortable play to stay, a super convenient location with heaps of food and shops easily accessible.

Great place to stay and plenty of restaurants and grocery store at hand. Bus’s right outside with great links and service into city and out. Definitely will book again next time we visit Australia.

The instructions concerning the operation of the lifts were absent and the two keypads in the lifts made things confusing. The low level keypads were not very user friendly.

Checking in process a joke
No reception at hotel so all over emails and apps. Needed to enter a code to enter lobby and to get lift to floor. keypad in lift was so low hard to do. We had family from overseas and they didn’t have phones so hard to get into rooms with the door entry app. Rooms were dusty .
