First impressions are everything and first impression here was awful.
Sane Youn was name of desk person. No greeting what so ever. My husband went to checkin his credit card payed for room already, but under my name because I have the Expedia account. Nope he couldn’t check in I had to fill out paper work. Then we asked about parking cause parking lot was full. Filled with vehicles while people go on their 2 week vacations. I am only here for the night. Once the paper work was signed Sane walked out from behind the counter kinda stormed outside and pointed park over there I’m like what where he points again says there. He pointed to us to park on the street outside hotel property. Seriously so after several loops around the parking lot and strategically packing down fresh snow we found a spot. 3 hotel patrons checking in behind us had same issue. We then realized we were told absolutely nothing about the hotel. Wifi, where is elevator when is breakfast. Sane just ignored us after telling us where to park.
So my main beef with hotel is staff. Room is fine. But not somewhere I will rush back to poor poor out front staff.
