Great for our stay with our indoor trained small dog. Fast efficient checkin. Clean rooms with great amenities. And easy dining option at the downstairs bistro with grocery and coffee shops at your doorstep. Not in city centre but a town centre in itself. Reception desk hard to contact via phone, but good service F2F at front desk. Only other issue was outdoor courtyard lighting not working, so very dark for doggy toilet time at night. Reception advised fixed but soon after not working again. May be due to sabotage by residents who share that area?

Only something very minor but as a tea drinker i like a simple tea and there were only two available in the room. The rest were aromatics which are not very popular. Consider those of simple tastes!
