I read a lot of reviews before my stay at this property. Here is my honest opinion from someone who takes a few trips a year and has been to Cancun several times before… The staff is AMAZING. They are always offering assistance, they are friendly and welcoming. Not sure why there are several comments stating otherwise. The property has a great beach area with lounge chairs; first come first serve. The grounds are kept very clean including restrooms, buffet area, and our room was cleaned daily. There is an adult only pool that is quieter with a hot tub in addition to the other pools with ‘entertainment’ throughout the day. This resort is on the smaller side. The pool closed daily at 6 pm and they did not serve alcohol past 11pm so if you are looking for a big party resort this is NOT IT. My only complaint (and barely a complaint), was the food. I am someone who will eat just about anything and not particular. However, the food seemed to be lacking seasonings. BUT… the buffet each day had so so many options, biggest resort buffet I’ve been to so there was always something I found that I enjoyed. They also have 4 on site restaurants that you can dine in for dinner each day. The ‘deli’ is a great lunch option. You won’t go hungry here! Overall, our stay was great and I’d return in a heart beat!

I stayed here and was really scared after seeing some reviews about food, staff, ect. I seriously don’t know what went wrong but when we arrived we had such a good experience the concierge immediately taking all of our bags, we got a random room upgrade, the food at Marco Polo wasn’t good the everything else was awesome. The buffet, room service with so many things at any time. I was ordering chicken fajitas at 3am. They would even leave the breakfast pass on our door, we would fill it out w the time we wanted and they would deliver exactly at the time. It was great we have no complaints and I genuinely thought we would because we have traveled a lot. This place was not a 5 star resort but for the price I think it was definitely super cheap for the stay. It was awesome and stay here. We checked the other gr hotels too while we were there and we thought this one the nicest which is funny because the other ones are actually more expensive. People say if you don’t tip you won’t get drinks? We were ordering jose Cuervo shots and other drinks every 5 minutes and would tip $1 every several times. Don’t miss out though they even give you giant uno to play by the pool and so many games.

The staff was rude, they didn’t explain the ways to make dinner reservations, which was a disaster of a system. They were rude when we had questions, not enough people serving at the pools, the food was not great. A calendar of events wasn’t provided so we didn’t know what was going on when. The walls are paper thin and we were kept awake each night. Room service was often incorrect.

We had an amazing first-time experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. The room was clean and comfortable. The pools were fun with all the activities. We were delighted by the delicious food and drinks offered. We can't wait to visit again—hopefully, very soon!

Beautiful clean beaches but very long wait time for room. Hours before actual key being received, you are not allowed to have a guest unless you pay a fee and there weren’t many activities going on. Food was bland. Nice resort if you just want to relax by the beach.
