Very quiet neighborhood in a cul de sac street only a few minutes from the Golf clubhouse with restaurants and a fitness club. Ideal for Golfers and 4 Golf playing couples. The braai and barbecue gas grill area is outside beside the saltwater pool on the sundeck. WIFI is available all over the place as well as International TV in many languages and NETFLIX.
Situated between Paarl and Franchock 55 minutes drive to Cape Town in a very well-known wine-producing area it is a perfect holiday destination to be.
