Top choice holtel for Chester
Top hotel and top staff. Well run and the staff couldn't do enough for you. For any request, the answer was always yes - and with a smile too. The attention to customer satisfaction and positive vibe made a huge difference to all other hotels that we've stayed in. So, having stayed in hundreds of varying hotels, this has to be the the best yet - this includes the exclusive ones we have stayed in too. As a result, I've taken the time to write a review and have to say Moxy Chester rates top hotel of all my world wide travels due to pure service and whole customer experience. Really great value hotel for a one or two night stay. Room well appointed and clean and bed very comfy. Location quite but well located for central Chester too. Price included a welcome cocktail and breakfast! Would definitely stay at a Moxy hotel again

A Pleasant Surprise in Chester
This hotel is a pleasant surprise. For one thing, I didn't know it belonged to the Marriott Bonvoy group when I booked it. Secondly, its services, facilities, and room design all live up to the group's usual standard. The only slight negative about my stay was, that several pieces of equipment in the entertainment area on floor M, such as the arcade video game machine, guitar etc., were broken or not working properly.
