Didn’t get what I reserved 6 months in advance.
I had booked a king suite, but at check-in I was assigned a queen room and was told there were no upgrades available because of the dance convention. It would have been nice to get the room I’d reserved so my daughter and I would have had a bit more room, or been offered a discount since we ended up in a smaller room.

Pool was great temp and size. Work out room was above what i expect at a hotel. Sauna was relaxing, whirlpool was good. Room service and housekeepingvfast and efficient. All staff was very polite and kind. A bit noisy by elevators and could here neighbors but nothing major.
