We rented a two bedroom unit, which was perfect for us. There were 3 adults and 1 toddler. The rooms were located on opposite ends of the unit, so it was very quiet so the little one could sleep. Rooms are very large, beds comfortable, nice bathrooms, updated kitchen with everything you need.
We had a partial ocean view, which was stunning. Sitting on the amazing deck, we enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning, and the moon each evening.
Negatives: it's called a luxury resort, but there is no maid service or towel changes, and you have to take out your own trash. They only offered 2 dishwasher soap packets and one laundry detergent. Also not enough toilet paper.
Overall I would stay there again, but would be better prepared for these little things.
Since we also had a partial city view (which included the river), there was a lot of road noise. Lots of motorcyles - I'd never come here doing Bike Week! But that's just me.
This is more like an apartment than a hotel resort - the rooms are the nicest I've stayed in.
