My husband and I stayed here in December and was very pleased with our room. However this stay the room was very disappointing. The sofa was gross and literally falling apart, the chairs were stained and filthy, and there were large stains on the carpet. The shower knob was broken. It was just disappointing. I probably won’t stay here again.

Looks Like it Has Hit a Down Slope
When we arrived, it smelled like death. I thought it was someone's old socks or something. It turns out that there was a rotting bird carccas directly outside of our ac/fan unit. By the looks of it, it has been there for weeks, possibly months. The hot tub was broken, there was a hose in the pool, about to over fill it. We turned it off in consideration of the hotel. The elevator still has issues, the drawers were stained, the tables still grimey, the coffee and toiletries were cheap. It disnt look or feel as clean as when I was last there.

Decent hotel near Denver airport that I used after my evening flight out of Denver was cancelled because of a blizzard. It's clean, and the neighborhood seemed safe, though I did not have much of a chance to look around. I was disappointed by two things: the promised shuttle bus to the airport left early, which meant I had to pay for an Uber. Their shuttle only runs once per hour, and they have very limited seats. When I checked in late at night, most of the early morning shuttle seats were already booked. The hotel should state that on their website. And breakfast was not open when promised.

Pool was very small. Hot tub was not working. Room wasn’t very clean. Hotel was run down. We couldn’t find the remote for the television and called and they said they would find one and never did. You could hear that train at all hours.
