Stayed here twice, excellent accomodation. The windows are doubled up, they let no noise through at all, was so good! Accommodation is new and clean, very happy and would try again! Alexandra was an excellent help and very friendly. Breaky was great too!

Perfect location!
You really could not ask for a better location, 50 steps away from Temple Bar. So many choices of restaurants and other conveniences are all so close. Hotel was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Only negative I would say is the bathrooms are very small (although pretty typical in Europe).

This is a really good spot in temple Street Beautiful place but its still renovation so could not use full facility. I would make it aware that it can be noisy but only due to its popular location. I very much enjoyed my stay

We booked this hotel for the bar and closeness to the centre as one of your party had broken her ankle. When we arrived it was clear the hotel was being refurbished. We were told the bar was closed. Yes on their website but didn’t see anything on hotels.com. So no bar!! Then on top of it the lift was broken so had to walk two flights up. The staff were not particularly friendly in fact the man on reception later was so disinterested he was rude. The only good thing was the triple glazing. Currently I wouldn’t recommend it but hopefully when the bar is completed it will be nice.

The hotel has recently been refurbished, everything was new but on booking a king room, I was put in a double. The bed was smaller than expected and so was the room. The mattress was far too soft for me personally. Free breakfast was offered, which was a nice touch even though I didn’t use it. There were no windows in the room, which was disappointing but the air con was good. Good selection of TV channels on a smart TV, great location near to the shops, bars and restaurants and river Liffey was beautiful. The bar and restaurant were not yet up and running when I visited.
