Fabulous views
Lovely hotel with fabulous views. Car parking was limited and very tight in the garage, We had no idea that you had to contact the hotel to reserve a space. Reception recorded the wrong index number upon our arrival and forgot to issue a parking visa which we found out was required to be displayed. Room was excellent except that the bath plug did not work. The views were fabulous and staff were friendly.

A Wonderful Hotel
This is an amazing hotel, fantastically well run, the rooms are superb, the breakfasts are great the bar/lounge is incredibly comfortable. The views from the lounge and dining areas over the River Fal are beautiful. The hotel's pub, the Working Boat, serves fabulous food.

Catered well for Food Allergies
Beautiful room and the bottle of fizz was a lovely birthday surprise . Catered very well for Coeliacs . Plenty of choice . Booked afternoon tea which was very nice and at a reasonable price . Parking is hit and miss , but we did manage to park everytime . Gorgeous bathroom with a large bath, only the plug in the bath didn’t work . However it wasn’t an issue as there was also a fabulous shower . I would book to stay there again .

We were looking for a short break away from the rat race and Greenbank fitted the bill admirably. We had a harbour-view room which was very well appointed and provided plenty to look at despite the weather.

Great location and fabulous facilities. Lovely well prepared and presented food. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Modern room with marvellous views but slightly disappointing dirty windows. Definitely stay again.

A lovely stay . Very nicely appointed independent hotel on the harbour. My room was extremely comfortable and wonderful views of the harbour. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative is that breakfasts while delicious were a tad small
