Dirty and rude
Robin, front desk manager was rude upon arrival- tried to make up for it by shifting blame to coworkers lack of organization, she was the only person working.. We Stayed here because of the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was about 80 degrees and there were dirty underwear and towels around the pool. Will not be back.

Found a dirty cup beside the bed (we had our toddler with us, so this was quite disturbing), carpet was dirty and tattered, breakfast was mostly pre-packaged food with scrambled eggs and overcooked sausage. Hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, the slides shifted several inches when children slid down them. Just a crusty and worn out, dirty hotel. Quite disappointed, as Ramadas have been decent when I have stayed in them before.

This location is terribly neglected and in poor condition. Hallways and stairways smell and are disgusting. Stained carpet that has not been vacuumed in years. The doors are all damaged and none of them match. Our room smelled. Continental breakfast consisted of ego waffles, but did have some hot eggs and sausage. Which was ok. The pool area is sketchy. Slides were a major afterthought and begin on the second level balcony. Upon checking in we were told the hot tub was under maintenance. We will not be staying at this location again. Gross.
