Our room smelled, the towels were rough. The bed was not comfortable. The walls were paper thin and could hear the neighbors. Only positive was breakfast buffet was good and staff were friendly.

I would give 5 stars except we encountered a very unpleasant Monica at check in. As guests arriving to check in, we interrupted her scrolling on her phone and sipping from her Stanley (or knock off) in the back room (we could see her around the corner). She was extremely short with us and very unwelcoming. I am sorry that we interrupted your social life, Monica, by us simply arriving to pay to stay at the place that pays you to do your job. No worries though, we won't be doing that again. The other staff members we encountered were extremely friendly, pleasant and very appreciative for our stay. Sorry though, Monica ruined it for us as far as repeat customers.
