Ac too loud to the point of drowning out the tv and made it difficult to sleep. Same goes for noises outside of room. Needs a better sound barrier around the door. There was a cockroach in the shower in the morning.

Parking issue
Hospital follow up after my son’s heart transplant. No parking available. There were company vehicles with trailers from workers stay at hotel taking up several spaces. I needed to park at the back of hotel. Usually that would not be an issue, but it was raining and no other way to enter the building other than the front.

There were dead bugs in our room. Better dead than alive, but still had to ask someone to come clean them up. It was also VERY warm in the hotel no matter what we set our thermostat to. The staff were awesome, though, very accommodating and helpful.
