Omar is the best
My stay at the hotel was perfect. I always stay at this hotel because of the concierge man whose name Omar. Omar is very professional man. He speaks fluent English and flow in French. He’s always polite and helpful. I like this hotel because of him. I have been staying at this hotel for the past five years because of Omar. The property is old - the rooms have a lot of water damage and black discolouration in the bathrooms. Staff are friendly / cleaning staff are lovely. Just an aging property with very out of date washrooms.

what a perfect stay
We arrived for our son's wedding. We booked the penthouse for 4 people. The apartment, the comfort, the elegance were at the highest level. The hotel staff were kind, pleasant, full of goodwill. They went out of their way to help. The breakfast was always fresh, rich and varied. The location is excellent. Right next to the train and tram station, minutes to any central location. A wonderful experience.
