The beds in our room could do with being replaced. They are quite uncomfortable. Apart from this, this is an amazing place to stay with children.

Kids loved the resort and everything that there was to do there. Things I wasn’t a fan of was limited toilet paper in room and having to pay for more, having to pay to play golf on site, I would assume with the cost of accomodation, this would be included. Also with closing the mini golf at 5pm due to noise but then having pools open to 9pm doesn’t make much sense. Staff were lovely and helpful. Air conditioner in room was good however one bedroom only had a fan so was to hot in there and air con wasn’t reaching.

The outdoor facilities for adult and children are fantastic. We would return to the resort just for the children's pool and kid's club activities. However, the room was not very clean, light bulbs were required and the washing machine with the hotel linen being washed, broke during our 48 hour stay. When we asked for a clean set of sheets, reception refused to deliver any without a charge although sent facilities to fix the machine. We had to wait for the staff to look at the problem and then replace the machine with the wet linen still left for us to wash and dry. The facilities staff were apologetic however this could have been easily fixed with a clean set of sheets and spending the time to fix the machine or replace it the next day when we had checked out.
