Disappointing Stay: Unclean Room, Broken AC, Neglected Service My recent three-night stay at Qube Broadbeach was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, the room was unclean, with dirt on the bench, window and wall boardings . The air conditioning was broken, despite multiple reports to reception. Additionally, my request for fresh towels was ignored throughout my stay. Overall, a terrible experience marred by cleanliness issues, a dysfunctional AC, and poor service. Avoid at all costs.

Wonderful property close to everything. Was so quiet you couldn’t hear other guests or lifts. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. The bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Property is well located with great dining options. Parking onsite was easy. Nice property, Shame we arrived to find a blocked toilet and terrible smell. Air conditioning could do with a freshen up as musty smell coming from the bedroom one. Nice complex with plenty of facilities close by: beach, pacific fair shopping, casino and convention centre, light rail also right at the front door. Overall good complex.

The reception staff were delightful and explained everything clearly. A lovely spacious apartment, well equipped with all you needed, comfortable couches & bed, 2 airconditioners, a very nice bathroom area and a spacious balcony. (a little noisy inside on the 7th floor with windows closed but not over powering) The pool and spa area on the 4th floor & also offer a gym but surprisingly had a fantastic area which included 2 xlarge bbq areas which spanned from each side of the building. There were plenty of tables and chairs and lounging areas. Parking can be a little tricky looking for 1 that was not reserved for residents but still plenty to choose from. Close to everything, shopping centres, casino, buses, light rail and plenty of restaurants to choose from all within short walking distance.
