Parking is located offsite and a shuttle provides transportation from the parking lot to the property. In order to reach the offsite parking lot please follow the below instructions. Take the Trans Canada Highway heading west towards Field and Golden, BC. The turnoff to Emerald Lake Lodge is located 1 kilometer west of Field, BC. Follow the road for 8 kilometers until a sign that says 'Overnight Guest Parking.' Turn left into the parking lot. In the parking lot is a cabin. Use the telephone in the cabin to call the front desk. A shuttle will be sent to pick up guests.

Very poor service we booked for a day and then reached the hotel and 4pm where the receptionist guy wasted 15 minutes in gossiping with ladies in front of us and then told us at 4:15 that we have to wait room is not ready we asked how long he said 5- 10 minutes, 4:30 my husband asked them how long again they said they will call us, 4:45 my husband went in line again and then they he waited there and made to reception at 5 pm and the receptionist said lm sorry I forgot to tell you your room is ready, we were like really, why would you pay so much money when you don’t even get room ready at check in time, food and drinks were basic not really great reception staff is lame , slow gossip a lot and work less, very disappointed , after 6 hours of hike if you don’t get your room ready because of the hotel lazy staff, very disappointed, never gonna go back.
