We were pretty disappointed that the facilities that were advertised and the main reason we stayed here were under construction. There is no current bowling alley or arcade. We were also charged a resort fee which would have been fine if all the facilities were available as advertised on their website. The room and common areas were clean you can tell the housekeeping staff works hard. However, we were back between 2 and 3 pm for our toddler to nap and we were unable to get our room serviced two out of three days. The pool was a super cold walk from the main building to the pool room as well. I’m sure there were closer entrances that were also under construction. Overall I would have stayed at the Grand Canyon national park hotels if I could do it over again.

AC/Heat was broken in the rooms, which they knew in advance but didn't tell us. Entire AC/Heat in wing was out. Bidet did not work. Shower drain was backing up so it was a 4" puddle while showering. Makeup mirror cord was missing. Construction going on everywhere.
