T FIRST OUR ROOMS TV DIDNT HAVE A WORKING REMOTE CONTROL, AFTER 2 ATEMPS TRYING TO GET ANOTHER REMOTE OR WHATEVER TO NO PREVAIL & AFTER A LONG DAY THE OWNER UPDATED US TO A MUCH BETTER ROOM WITH SMART T & ON THE 1ST floor wich was great & easier than the 1st room wich wS up a flight of stairs a bit mu h for a 85 & 60 yrs of age carrying luggage. Staff were approachable & considerate of our inconvenience. I recommend to see for urself one day if near or in the area
