Great property to stay at. Friendly staff and able to do early bag drop Beds comfortably but bit small being double size not Queen. Also bit noisy as the sliding glass door wasn’t able to be sealed properly Would stay at again!!

The hotel is in a fantastic location with a great view of the mountains. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Valet parking was great and fast but $40 per night seems expensive.

Reasonably priced, but noisy hotel
Like most hotels of this vintage, Coconut was a bit tired with fair amenities but this place was incredibly noisy. My room faced the Ala Wai Blvd along the canal. Being on the third floor did not help as that road is busy with traffic, especially motorbikes and scooters. One major issue is there are a couple windows in the room which are essentially glass shutters, so they don't seal tightly, It sounds like you have a window open all the time. Not fun when trying to sleep.

Evening retreat near all the Waikiki action
Off the beaten path but close to the action, the Coconut Waikiki was the perfect spot for a couple of days in the area. Staff was very helpful and the complimentary bag storage was extremely helpful after we checked out. Located next to a Main Street, the room was a bit louder than some might like but that noise did diminish as the night went on. Overall, I would stay here again.
