Whilst the hotel was nice and a good location on departure the staff charged us destination fee of 80USD which was not mentioned in the initial payment. Furthermore checed my bank statement and find the Hyatt had charged 280.00AUD which is more than the amount on 80USD. NOT HAPPY WITH THE ADDED COST AND THE INCORRECT AMOUNT CHARGED

We really enjoyed the location. The staff was also very friendly and nice in all areas. We adored the food trucks near by the hotel and the pizza place connected to the hotel. Love the various of perks that came with the hotel like a free gift at check in and the pool towels and access to equipment if needed.

The ocean view you were able to see the ocean, there was a building in front but you could still see the ocean. We loved the balcony and that they provided beach chairs towels and boogie boards daily! Also the breakfast wasn’t really all that bad. Get there before 9 though. Offer typical breakfast items and also some more Japanese traditional breakfast! Really good for free continental. Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Very clean building. Elevators were a little slow but worked well. There was only one day our room didn’t get cleaned(totally could have been our fault too) I would book here again.
