We visited during renovations which we were emailed about before we arrived. Excellent location and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned everyday, and our request for a kettle was delivered to our room within 30 minutes. Only suggestion would be to have a microwave in the room. Definitely will be back!

The property is undergoing remodeling, some areas are still work in progress and some have not been worked on yet. I think the overall experience was just “good”. My family stayed here for our first time at Waikiki, location was amazing, everything was at walking distance. And the staff was very very friendly and welcoming.

A friend and I had reservations to stay at this property Feb 6 - 10th. Although I was in the Emergency room on Feb 3 and we needed to cancel our whole trip, which included a week on Kauai , as I would be unable to travel. My friend called both the Hotel directly and Expedia to try to cancel, after about 4 calls and countless hours on hold. We thought it had been canceled and we would be stuck with the total stay. Now to receive a Review of our stay, is insulting and a ridiculous request!! Needless to say, we will never stay at the property or use Expedia again!!!
