The staff at Park Shore are so friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating and helpful for our entire stay. Our room was very nice with an amazing view of the beach. Beds were super comfy. The bathrooms are a little dated but overall the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would recommended.

We did a family trip with our kids and chose this hotel for it's great location. It was conveniently located across the street from the beach where we could swim, boogie board, snorkel, surf and play beach volleyball. We were surprised that we could walk downstairs to reserve our free beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and boogie boards. We stayed on the pool level so it was perfect to have additional space for the kids outside. The free beach towel service was amazing, we could bring in our wet towels and get a fresh set. The customer service was outstanding!! Always greeted at the door with friendly smiles and alohas. We did the valet parking service and they were always so helpful. We had everything we needed within a short distance-Starbucks was located next door, several cafe/bakeries located downstairs, and Lulus restaurant was located on the 2nd floor which was great food, service and great Hawaiian atmosphere with a beach view. We also liked being at the other end of Waikiki as it was not as crowded as the main strip. Definitely recommend!

Great location, service and value!
Excellent stay for the price. Would stay there again if I had to be in Waikiki. It is near the parks and zoo and on the edge of the strip so it is much quieter and more family friendly if you like the outdoors.

Surprised by hefty resort fees that we must have forgotten about that were not part of the original price. Just include the fees so we know how much we are paying upfront. Room cleaning is just every other day. The hotel was clean though and it is in a great location with unobstructed views of the ocean, park and Diamondhead. .

Right across from the Waikiki beach, nice park, the zoo. Coupons given for free beach eqpt rentals. Starbucks and two ABC stores next door. Walking distance to shops & food. A bit older but kept in good shape. Nice Lanai off bedroom. Nice pool. Only valet parking available and is pricey- $50/day. Good service. Overall-a good rating.
