Wunderschön eingerichtetes gemütliches Ferienhaus
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Noch nie so ein gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung erlebt. Alles war da, was wir gebraucht haben. Der Weg zum Ziel war etwas abenteuerlich, aber sobald wir wussten wie wir fahren müssen, war es ganz einfach. Große Empfehlung von der Unterkunft.

Gemütlich, ruhig und tolle Lag
Wir haben uns in dem schönen Ferienhaus vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und auch sonst findet man alles, was man benötigt. Hier kann man auch bei Regenwetter getrost mal im Haus verbringen. Der See ist in wenigen Minuten per Fuß erreichbar und ein echtes Highlight. Auch darüber hinaus hat das Haus eine tolle Lage und eignet sich super, um das Altmühltal zu erkunden. Fast alle Attraktionen sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Perfekt für Familienurlaube. Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig am Waldrand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im nah gelegenen Beilngries vorhanden. Es empfiehlt sich, über den Campingplatz Kratzmühle anzufahren. Die Zufahrt, die Google Maps anbietet, ist etwas holprig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief problemlos und unkompliziert. Auch hier eine klare Empfehlung! Rundum ein tolles Ferienhaus zum Weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in sehr schönem Ferienhaus
Wir haben als Familie im August 2023 einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus am Kratzmühlsee verbracht. Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben vor, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes stilvolles Ferienhaus mit einer perfekten Ausstattung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Entspannter und schöner Urlaub
Wir haben in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. In der Ferienhaussiedlung war es sehr ruhig und sie ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Radfahr- und Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Haustür, zum Badesee läuft man keine 10 min. Das SUP ist ein tolles Plus. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter läuft unkompliziert. In Beilngries (5km entfernt) gibt es alles was man braucht - Supermarkt, Drogerie, Boutiquen, Gasthäuser, Eisdielen und Spielplätze. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Eine super Unterkunft!
Einfach klasse - Wir hatten fünf perfekte Tage in der Unterkunft! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet! Es fehlt wirklich an nix, das muss man einfach mal sagen! Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, unzählige Gesellschaftsspiele, ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten auch für größere Gruppen drin und draußen auf der großen Terrasse (übrigens mit einem schönen Blick und sehr ruhig gelegen) und viele kleine nützliche Gimmicks (Eiswürfelmaschine, Luftpumpen, Grill, Feuerschale und sogar ein SUP für den nahegelegenen See etc.)! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entspannt, sodass der Check-In bzw, Check-Out problemlos abliefen! Wir kommen auf jedenfall nochmal wieder und denken gerne an die Tage in dem Haus zurück! 👍

Wohlfühl-Unterkunft
Der Aufenthalt in diesem Schwedenhaus hat wirklich Freude gemacht: Es ist lichtdurchflutet, sehr sauber, modern, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und hat die umfassendste Küchenausstattung, die ich bisher erlebt habe. Dank der guten Matratzen und Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern war ein guter Schlaf garantiert und bei herrlichem Sommerwetter haben wir mit Markise und Liegestühlen auf der Terrasse entspannen können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war bestens, es wurde schnell und sehr freundlich auf alle Fragen reagiert. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Haus sehr schön
Das Haus ist sehr schön wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die Sauberkeit es waren noch Kaffeeflecken in der Küche die wir erst mal weg wischen mussten und im Bad war der Mülleimer noch voll ich finde das die Reinigungskraft danach gucken sollte . Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Ich kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen an der Sauberkeit kann man ja noch arbeiten .

gern wieder :)
Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung. Oberes Schlafzimmer nur für Kinder geeignet. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer funktionierte leider nicht. Schade auch, dass der Jacuzzi an den Herbsttagen nicht nutzbar war. Ist aber alles Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Das Ferienhaus ist trotzdem sehr gut.
