Good laundry facilities & bonus of a swimming pool & spa. Separate room for adults sleeping. A little outdated in apartment but functional. Would benefit from a clothes line on balcony or airer to dry swimming togs (eco friendlier).

Friendly helpful staff and super comfortable beds. However the TV kept failing which was annoying at night when we wanted to relax, and the curtain wasn’t wide enough to cover the ranch slider window. Great restaurants almost directly opposite. All in all was fine for a stopover in Kaitaia.

The bathroom was very tired and in need of updating. There bathroom ceiling was dirty. The bed was comfortable.

The managers/owners of thus property were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a trampoline for the kids to play on. The rooms were well equipped with cutlery, crookery etc I booked this accomodation as it had a swimming pool. My kids still had a swim but it could have really done with a good clean. The water looked ok but the inside walls were green.
