We ask that guests park in our secure carpark opposed to out the front of their room as it blocks the beach view for other guests. We want our guests to enjoy their view as much as they can while they are here. In saying that, we do not condone rude behavior by our staff and this matter will be addressed.We are sorry that you were disturbed by irresponsible drivers. Although, this does not tend to be an ongoing issue for us, it certainly wouldn't be nice to deal with when you are on holiday, trying to relax. I have passed your feedback regarding the lamb shank you ordered onto our kitchen team.
